The purchaser will need to discuss each lot that they may have an interest in with the builder as to which models or modifications would be required to build on that lot.
AS this is a quite hilly project with many good views to the ocean and valleys and very few lots are flat it will be almost impossible to chose a design and finalize any modifications price without being on the actual site.
